7. Approach:

MANUS emphasizes on target group development approach but it also implement activities following the community approaches in special cases. It mainly emphasizes the fullest participation of the people in every development initiatives and also joint ventured projects for the people’s development.

8. Philosophy:

Its main philosophy of development is for the people, by people and of the people. All planning, management and implementation of development initiatives should be grassroots participatory process i. e. ensuring people’s critical and analytical participation in every step.
